** Drink Water
Add 6-8 8oz. glasses of water a day to your diet. The body is made 2/3 of water and we need to replace all that is lost throughout the day by exercise, perspiration and to hydrate the organs, the largest of which is our skin.

** Apples
Add an apple a day and don't forget to eat the peel to obtain the quercetin it contains, which is a strong antioxidant that helps to prevent against skin cancer.



** Green Leafy Vegetables
Eat green leafy vegetables every day to obtain clear skin. The green leafy vegetables contain vitamin A and potassium which increase circulation.

** Eat Tomatoes or Berries Daily
To obtain clear skin naturally, eat tomatoes to protect the skin or one cup of strawberries, blueberries or blackberries to prevent skin from sagging due to the very high content of antioxidants and Vitamin C.

** Eat Protein and Healthy Oils
Eat protein daily for clear skin such as eggs which help firmness of skin or soy to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
